Educational Requirements for the QC Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science discipline preferred
- Associate’s degree with relevant experience may be considered
- For Netherlands: Bachelor’s/HLO in bioanalytical sciences preferred
- MLO level 4 with equivalent experience may also be considered
Key Responsibilities for the QC Role:
- Perform routine analytical testing on in-process, final product, and stability samples
- Review GMP documentation and verify data (as applicable)
- Support document revisions, CAPA, deviations, investigations, and continuous improvement
- Train analysts on standard job duties
- Apply scientific principles and proper use of laboratory equipment
- Complete tasks accurately while meeting QC timelines
- Execute additional assigned responsibilities
Skills Required for the QC Role:
- Strong understanding of GMP procedures and lab protocols
- Knowledge of analytical testing techniques
- Ability to follow procedures accurately and completely
- Effective communication with peers and management
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with basic lab techniques and safety practices
- Preferred: experience in cell and molecular biology (cell-based assays, qPCR, flow cytometry, aseptic technique)
