Position Summary:
Join us as a Scientist in our Science & Technology department for our Coffee R&D Division, in Marysville, OHIO, USA. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and contributing to R&D activities for the biggest Coffee and Creamers brands (COFFEEMATE, STARBUCKS, NESCAFE, NESPRESSO).
A Day in the life of a Scientist in our Department (Primary Responsibilities):
Contribute to large innovation projects by developing Scientific & Technical solutions for RTD Coffees and Liquid Creamers.
Develop scientific hypotheses, design experiments, coordinate bench scale and pilot scale trials.
Analyze and interpret data from experiments, and provide technical recommendations and insights to optimize product formulations and processes using latest digital tools.

Requirements for Success in this Role:
Minimum 5 years with a Master’s Degree in Food Science, Food Processing, Chemical Engineering, Food Chemistry or related fields. Two-three years with a Ph. D is preferred. Experience in Beverages, Dairy or Coffee Industry is a plus.
