Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with R&D, SQM, and PM teams to understand testing requirements for new products and projects.
- Developing technical data sheets for LIMS setup for raw materials, packaging components, intermediate and finished goods.
- Creating and maintaining project plans for new product onboarding to the QC lab.
- Developing internal specifications for blends and intermediates.
- Coordinating with internal and external labs to ensure accurate turnaround times for new testing setup.
- Reviewing and updating technical documentation, including test methods, SOPs, and validation protocols.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of new testing methods and procedures.
Requirements:
- An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Biology, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or related field preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of Quality Control or Quality Assurance work experience in an FDA-regulated industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of microbiology, chemistry, and general laboratory skills application.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and unanticipated events while maintaining core responsibilities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.
- Proficiency in English language and knowledge in SAP, LIMS, Business Intelligence, and Microsoft Office programs.
