The Position
As our new Scientist, you will be responsible for product and process development to ensure optimal pharmaceutical characteristics and stability. The role focuses on the late-phase development of Drug Products for phase 3 clinical trials and beyond, making you a crucial contributor to our mission.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, interpreting, and reporting studies on drug products
- Writing documentation for various purposes, such as clinical trial applications and patent applications
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including Production facilities, Regulatory Affairs, and Analytical Development
Join our team in driving continuous improvement and innovation through LEAN principles and best practices.
Qualifications
Applicants should have an M.Sc. or PhD in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biophysics, Engineering, or a related field. The ideal candidate will also possess:
- Experience in areas like formulation development, aseptic manufacturing, or pharmaceutical production
- Familiarity with regulatory and quality aspects of pharmaceutical drug products
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
