The Position
The Technical R&D Senior Associate role is an integral part of the Analytical Development department at Roche. This position involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to analyze drug substances and contribute to the development of innovative technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing in a GxP environment, supporting process development
- Contribute to method development, transfers, validation, and stability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Plan, document, and complete experiments independently
- Support process improvement initiatives and introduce new analysis techniques and methods
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in chemistry, pharmacy, biotechnology, or relevant scientific qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in analytical techniques (HPLC, GC) in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in Karl Fischer, Titration, and other physical characterization techniques
- Strong experience with peptides analytics and broad formulation principles
- Excellent attention to detail, knowledge of GMP requirements, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and good IT skills
