- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related field
Position Summary
Leads a small team to ensure microbiological/chemical/sensory analytical services or specific services in raw/-pack/finished goods for the factory.
A day in the life of a Quality Assurance Executive
- People and know-how: Lead and motivate the team, contribute to professional development, promote quality awareness.
- Quality System: Define quality procedures, update tools, set operational objectives.
- Quality mastership: Support continuous excellence, ensure compliance with quality management system.
- Quality auditing and verification: Support audits, troubleshoot non-conformities.
What will make you successful
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Tech and other related study.
- Around 1 – 2 years of related experience, preferably in coffee industry.
- Exposure to laboratory practices is preferred.
- Experience in auditing in terms of FSSC 22000 / supplier audit would be added advantage.
