Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and store human biological specimens as per protocols.
- Perform standard diagnostic laboratory tests.
- Prepare and organize laboratory equipment and facilities.
- Identify and resolve study-related issues.
- Maintain a positive work environment and effective communication.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in a lab setting is preferred.
- B.S./M.A.+ in a related life science field or HS Diploma with experience.
- Commutable distance to Baltimore, MD.
- Understanding of laboratory procedures and best practices.
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule Details:
Hours/Shift: Onsite shifts between 1:00pm to 1:00am, flexibility required.
Base Pay Range: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
Training Information:
First 4 to 6 weeks require working 30 to 40 hours a week for training during the day.
Minimum Availability: 16 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift.
