Essential Functions
- Follow SOPs and batch records
- Execute conjugation and purification of conjugated antibodies
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high productivity
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to accomplish goals under strict timelines
- Other projects or responsibilities as may be required

Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience
- A college degree or higher in Life Science, Biotech or related discipline
- Highly organized with multi-tasking and strong determination for delivering results
- Take the initiative on difficult tasks proactively
- Responsible for staying up to date on knowledge to drive process improvements
- Proven ability to motivate a team effectively and build a positive team environment
- Demonstrate respect in the workplace and encourage productivity and growth
- Strong work ethic and firm grasp of company policies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience
- Proven experience as a supervisor or relevant role
- Working knowledge of Quality Management System
- Previous exposure to Business Intelligence Systems
