Job Posting: Research Associate/Research Associate II, mRNA Production
We are currently looking for a Research Associate I – II to join our team and assist in the production and purification of mRNA. This position involves hands-on laboratory work and offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in the field of molecular biology and biotechnology.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform production and purification of in vitro transcribed (IVT) mRNA
- Conduct quality control analysis of mRNA products
- Develop new techniques for mRNA optimization
- Maintain lab notebooks and electronic records
- Perform routine technical tasks and general lab maintenance
Requirements/Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
- 1-2+ years of directly related experience
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with biologics and nucleic acid process development
Salary & Benefits Offerings
Salary range: $67,500 – $95,000 per year depending on experience
