We are seeking a highly motivated Scientific Associate to join the Adaptive Immunity group within the Immunology Disease Area of Novartis Biomedical Research in Basel, Switzerland. In this role, you will work in a science-driven environment and contribute to the development of innovative medicines by identifying and validating new targets related to B and T lymphocytes in immunological diseases.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently design and execute cell-based in vitro functional experiments
- Explore and develop new methods and techniques for target validation and drug discovery
- Analyze and interpret data, prepare summaries, and present findings
- Document experimental work and contribute to report writing
Minimum Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in biological sciences with a strong background in immunology
- Experience in Molecular and Cell Biology techniques
- Interest in working in a creative environment with scientific curiosity
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
