Location: Boston, MA
Job Description: Are you looking for a patient-focused, innovation-driven company that will inspire you and empower you to shine? Join us as a Research Associate Scientist: IO and Cancer Biology (In vitro/Ex vivo) in our Cambridge office.
Objectives/Purpose:
- Conduct phenotypic and functional analysis of cells and antibodies
- Analyze, interpret, and present data to stakeholders
- Contribute to pre-clinical projects and IND report writing
Role Responsibilities:
- Isolate, culture, and differentiate immune cell populations
- Maintain excellent documentation and data analysis
- Conduct scientific presentations and collaborate with internal teams
Educational Qualifications and Skills:
- MS with 3+ years or BS with 6+ years of experience in immunology or related field
- Hands-on experience with flow cytometry, ELISA, and cell culture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently
Hybrid Work: This position is currently classified as “hybrid” in accordance with Takeda’s Hybrid and Remote Work policy.
Compensation Range: $96,600.00 – $151,800.00 (U.S. Base Salary)
