Job Title: Biomarker Scientist
Location: Ghent, Flemish Region, Belgium
argenx is looking for a highly motivated Biomarker Scientist to join our Translational Science Biomarker Team. This role involves developing biomarker strategies to enhance drug development and regulatory approval processes, with a focus on implementing disease-specific biomarkers and biomarkers for patient selection.
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support biomarker strategy establishment within sub teams
- Translate biomarker context of use into analytical requirements
- Implement biomarker assays and drive validation processes
- Contribute to data analysis and interpretation aligned with clinical development
- Review clinical trial and regulatory documents
- Contribute to the growth of the Translational Science team
Professional Experience / Expertise:
PhD or Master’s degree in Immunology or Molecular Biology with relevant industry experience, including expertise in biomarker strategy development, assay implementation, and data analysis.
