Development Scientist I Position Summary
The Development Scientist I at Catalent will be responsible for managing pharmaceutical development and clinical manufacturing projects, serving as the primary point of contact with clients. This role involves supervision, process development, batch manufacturing, packaging, and documentation. If you are passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
The Role
- Independently design and execute experiments.
- Solve formulation and process problems.
- Author SOP’s, IQ/OQ/PQ documents, technical reports, and CMC sections for regulatory submissions.
- Maintain competency and training in relevant processes and equipment.
- Ensure all work is accurate, precise, and within GMP requirements.
- Organize project responsibilities to ensure tasks are prioritized and executed on time.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in pharmaceutical science, chemistry, engineering, or related field.
- Industrial pharmaceutical experience ranging from 1 to 3 years.
- Exposure to hazardous chemicals and active ingredients.
