Job Description
Candidates with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years of related industry experience are encouraged to apply. The Associate Scientist will be responsible for a wide range of analyses, primarily in cell biology and virology test areas of Biopharmaceutical Services. Duties include reviewing and evaluating raw data, setting up and validating new analytical processes, and documenting work for GMP compliance.
Qualifications
- Some biological experience
- Strong scientific, computer, documentation, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in biology, molecular or cell biology, or related field or other related degree concentration
- 1-2 years of related industry exposure
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
