Job Description:
Are you a highly motivated Scientist with expertise in in vivo research and murine tumour models? Join the Clinical Immuno-Oncology Discovery (CIOD) Team at AstraZeneca to contribute to innovative treatments for cancer patients and work in a collaborative environment of talented individuals.
Accountabilities:
- Conducting hands-on in vivo research
- Delivering in vivo experiments and data recording
- Interpreting and communicating results
- Collaborating with project managers to ensure efficient relay of information
Essential Skills/Experience:
- BSc/MSc in a biological science or equivalent
- Hands-on in vivo experience
- Home Office Licence for animal work
- Experience with murine tumour models
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience with humanized mouse models
- Drive for researching approaches to therapeutic manipulation of the immune system
- Experience with in vivo imaging methods
