Your Role
As a quality engineer at our Danvers, MA, production site, you play a key role in the success of quality and manufacturing organizations. This is a weekend shift position: Friday – Sunday, 6 am – 6 pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize root cause analysis tools for product and process investigations.
- Lead and support risk assessments using FMEA.
- Review and improve standard operating procedures and production documentation.
- Conduct internal GMP and ISO audits.
- Support deviation resolution and corrective action implementation.
- Assure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve quality and production efficiency.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Life Science industries.
- Lean Six Sigma and/or root cause analysis training.
- Experience with Quality Systems and audits.
- Strong quality knowledge of GMP/GDP and ISO standards.
