About the Role:
As a CRA, you will be overseeing multiple oncology trials, ensuring high-quality execution, providing leadership, and supporting the clinical monitoring department.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee oncology trials
- Provide leadership and mentorship
- Act as Lead SM and train others
- Develop study start-up documents
- Represent SMs in key meetings
- Support budget development and contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance with study objectives
Requirements:
- Remote position located in Toronto
- Minimum of a B.Sc., R.N., or equivalent degree, preferably in Biological Sciences
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical trials
- Experience in oncology and other therapeutic areas
- Knowledge of monitoring approaches and clinical trial systems
- Ability to drive patient recruitment strategies
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and local regulatory requirements
