Position Purpose
We are seeking an experienced pharmaceutical scientist to strengthen our Preformulation and Biopharmacy team. In this role, you will be mainly responsible for characterization of active substances and early development prototypes, designing and performing stress and compatibility studies, development of liquid chromatography methods, and impurity identification.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Design and perform stress tests, compatibility studies, describe degradation pathways
- Identify impurities, determine the active substance content, and content uniformity
- Develop liquid chromatography methods and characterize products using other analytical techniques
- Contribute to product development through active participation
- Work collaboratively with project team members
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Education: MSc or PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy, or relevant scientific field
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences and technologies, organic, and analytical chemistry
- Several years of practical experience in pharmaceutical R&D is preferred
- Analytical thinking, result orientation, structured way of working
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English as you will join an international team
