Who We’re Looking For:
At Croda, we value our people and believe they are crucial to our success. We are seeking a Research Scientist to join the Fermentation Team within the Biotechnology R&T Group.
- Master or higher degree in microbiology, biotechnology, or chemical engineering
- Experience in developing microbial cell culture processes
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Hands-on experience with different microbial systems
- Experience in downstream process development and scale-up
- Experience in transferring bioprocesses to industrial plants
