Job Title: Drug Safety Associate
Location: Somerset, NJ
Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated healthcare professional with experience in pharmacovigilance to join our team as a Drug Safety Associate. In this role, you will support our Pharmacovigilance group with a focus on operational execution of pharmacovigilance matters for our products in the US and Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Receipt, acknowledgment, and communication of adverse event reports
- Triage of mails addressed to US pharmacovigilance team
- Maintain and share log of adverse event reports
- Prepare weekly reports on adverse event reports received
- Ensure Pharmacovigilance Trainings are conducted and compliance achieved
- Support PV compliance and safety data exchange agreements
- Author or support in review of pharmacovigilance SOPs
- Provide support on REMS programs and routine pharmacovigilance activities
Qualifications:
Education:
BA/BS in life sciences, M.S, R.N, Pharm D, or similar preferred.
Experience and Skills:
– Detailed knowledge of PV regulations and post-marketing obligations
– Ability to navigate in a matrix environment across various geographies
– Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
– Detail-oriented, methodical, and able to follow timelines
