Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Provide technical support to the sales team through product presentations, demonstrations, and application studies.
- Assist sales in the customer process and User Requirements Specification (URS) analysis.
- Deliver proactive technical support and resolve implementation issues for customers in the field.
- Report on competitor products and provide market feedback.
- Conducted product trials and demonstrations and prepared detailed trial reports.
Qualification & Skills:
- Academic degree in biological engineering, biotechnology, or a related life sciences field.
- Strong learning aptitude and in-depth knowledge in the relevant field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in local languages being a plus.
