We are looking for an experienced and motivated R&D Scientist to join our team in Turku, Finland. As a key member of the MSMS team, you will be involved in developing new products for newborn screening and contributing to various stages of product development.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently plan and execute characterization studies and clinical tests.
- Document and report on sub-projects in line with established plans.
- Manage changes to products through the change proposal system.
- Supervise laboratory staff and actively participate in laboratory work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.
- Train other chemists and lab technicians in necessary processes.
Role Requirements
- A degree (MSc, BSc, or PhD) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or equivalent education.
- Proven expertise in MSMS technology and/or IVD product development.
- Fluent in both English and Finnish with strong communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, independent, and a strong team player.
- Strong background in GLP/GMP-level Pharma, Biotech, or Life Science industries.
