Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage collaboratively in the design, preparation, and execution of scientific studies.
- Provide formulation support for early development activities.
- Work closely with scientific staff to generate innovative approaches.
- Lead small project teams and contribute to a culture of innovation.
- Train and guide junior team members and more.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
- Six or more months experience in relevant scientific roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in relevant field with 1+ years of work experience.
- Experience with lipid nanoparticles, nucleic acids, adjuvants, and more.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
