Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of clinical and omics-based cancer research projects

Perform advanced data analysis, including integration of multi-dimensional biological datasets

Collaborate with computer scientists, clinicians, and lab scientists

Contribute to the development of novel algorithms and computational tools

Present findings in research meetings and peer-reviewed publications

Manage data quality, extraction, aggregation, and interpretation from internal and public repositories

Coordinate with faculty on project timelines, deliverables, and research strategy
