Summary of the Analytical Development Scientist Role
As the Analytical Development Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and validating new analytical methods necessary for various processes, including product release, stability testing, and bioconjugates/ADCs characterization. You will collaborate with teams, ensure protocol compliance, and deliver accurate and timely results.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing and qualifying analytical methods
- Performing various analytical tests using relevant techniques
- Assisting in quality and technical investigations
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and documentation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Requirements for the Role
- BSc or equivalent in a relevant field
- Prior experience in a bio-analytical testing lab
- Demonstrable technical expertise in biomolecule analysis
- Good knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
