Job Description

  • Perform lab-based experiments to develop synthesis and downstream processes for mRNA-based products.
  • Collaborate with other functional teams in the lab to achieve project goals.
  • Manage lab supplies and mRNA-based drug substance inventory.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of laboratory experiments and results and summarize findings in an electronic notebook.
  • Meet required deadlines and communicate effectively with collaborators and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • B.S. and/or M.S. in biological or biochemical sciences.
  • Hands-on experience with RNA, UV-Vis, PCR, and laboratory instrumentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with in vitro transcription (IVT) based mRNA synthesis and purification.
  • Experience with common separation technologies and statistical design of experiments (DOE).
  • Strong communication skills and experience with electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) documentation.

Additional Details:
