Supports Food Safety & Quality Assurance Hotline, managing both food quality hotline and restaurant emergency issues, working with restaurant operators and collaborating with KFC product managers, Operations partners, suppliers, and distribution centers on timely issue resolution.

Education/Certifications – Technical/Science degree preferred
Experience
- Years of Experience – At least 1-year customer service experience required; data management or food industry preferred
- Proven project management and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (with focus on Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effectively work with cross-functional teams and a wide range of individuals with differing styles
- Customer service mindset, with superior communication skills
- Must be fully vaccinated by January 3, 2022, subject to reasonable accommodation as required by law. Proof of vaccination required.
Job Responsibilities
- Manages Food Safety & Quality Assurance Hotline, supporting restaurant operators with product quality, food safety, and restaurant emergencies, ensuring information is properly documented in Hotline Database with required follow-up and resolution.
- Escalates any quality trends and ensures that restaurants receive credit reimbursement for quality issues determined to be the supplier and/or distributor’s responsibility. (60%)
- Supports KFC Help Desk with hotline restaurant emergency and food safety calls to ensure proper follow-up, resolution, and email notification submission to Ops partners, and cross-functional partners as needed. Ensure product quality incidents are complete and submitted for credit processing. (30%)
- Supports After Hours rotation being on-call as needed through the week to ensure 24/7 coverage for operators and distribution centers. (10%)
