Sign-On Bonus: $1,200
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in biology, chemistry, or related field
- Previous meat production, QA, 1-2 years experience in the related laboratory, or other relevant experience

Principal Accountabilities
- Perform Laboratory practices, microbiological prep of samples.
- Perform Checks on Raw Materials
- Assist/conduct special projects
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly inventory, purchasing, and filing for FSQR department
- Communicate daily tasks with FSQR management
- Help perform product sampling and /or test and hold, and release of product
