Required Qualifications for Molecular Biologist job:
- PhD with at least three years of molecular biology/protein biochemistry experience OR
- M.S. with at least five years of relevant experience OR B.S. with at least seven years of relevant experience;
- Demonstrate a sustained high level of technical skill and achievement;
- Be able to keep abreast of new science and technological developments and exploit them to continuously improve functional area capabilities;
- Be a good team player and able to foster a team-based approach to research;
- Be able to interact with colleagues in other functions and department to solve technical problems;

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Molecular Biologist, are to:
- Design, conduct and interpret GLP-compliant experiments independently for producing or characterizing molecular materials (DNA/RNA/Protein) for biotech safety assessment, and generating high-quality data and reports for dossier preparation;
- Be able to execute multiple projects concurrently;
- Be able to assume supervisory functions;
- A Molecular Biologist should Utilize scientific knowledge to provide intellectual support for our pending submissions and dossiers;
- Develop and implement process improvement, strategic changes and scientific innovation through working with colleagues;
- Provide high-quality data documentation, study report and characterization records and ensure QMS, GLP and GRR compliance;
- Effective communicate important results/findings to key stakeholders both internally and externally;
- Support digital transformation and actively make contributions to the improvement of digital fluency in the team.
