The Kraft Heinz SC Trainee program (SCT) is a highly competitive functional program for candidates seeking an exciting leadership career with Kraft Heinz in Operations.

Your journey at Kraft Heinz:

  • You start with a 6 weeks onboarding focused on our Supply Chain (Operations, Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Finance, People & Performance), complemented by a commercial Bootcamp (Category, Sales, Marketing). With this hands-on induction, you will be well equipped to start your successful journey as a future leader within Kraft Heinz.
  • This is followed by your first assignment (20 weeks) in one of our factories in the UK, Netherlands, Italy, Spain or Russia where you will work as a Team or Shift Lead. During this period, you will get a deep understanding of our manufacturing processes while developing leadership skills.
  • Next, you will learn about our manufacturing excellence program as well as lean six sigma methodologies.
  • The learnings you will apply immediately in your second assignment (16 weeks). Back in one of our factories in UK, Netherlands, Italy, Spain or Russia, you will work on a strategic or operational project to improve e. g. efficiency or productivity. Breakout sessions are planned to get support from your mentor and to exchange experiences with other trainees.
  • After your final presentation and more foundational training (1 week) you will graduate. We will determine your first role during the second half of your 12 months Program. Based on your strengths and curiosity you can follow e.g. our Ops Management or Technical Expertise Program in one of our factories.
  • Throughout the program, you will be closely supported by functional senior leaders. Regular development conversations are in place to provide assignment-related feedback and grow you as a leader. In our Ops Leaders’ Lab, you will have inspirational sessions to prepare our supply chain for tomorrow.
  • Your career journey is not governed by a set path and not limited to one function or tenure required in the role.
    Promotions are given to those who deserve, based purely on meritocracy!

Profile – Basic Qualifications:

  • University qualification equivalent to Upper Second-Class Degree in the UK, or a Master degree for Mainland Europe or MEA in either:
  • Science (Bio-chemistry, Microbiology or Brewing/Food science) Other relevant degrees (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business etc.) Graduated before August 2020 Max. working experience: 1 year after graduation
  • Fluent in English and the native language of whichever country you want to work in (UK, Netherlands, Italy, Spain or Russia)
  • Ability and willingness to relocate in EMEA
  • Impressive extra-curricular’s
  • Valid working rights for the EMEA countries are required
