Post – Field Applications Specialist
Location – San Francisco
Primary Function And Purpose –
To provide technical assistance in relation to Astrea products and their use, to internal and external customers, and provide pre & post sales support
Principle Responsibilities – Biochemistry Sales Jobs
- Addressing responses to Technical Support questions from Customers and Sales team Members
- Managing the administration of cases in Salesforce
- Work with internal customers (Salesforce lead, marketing) to develop and improve systems around technical support case management and customer feedback
- Providing Technical Support and follow-up for the sales team in pre and post sales
- Lead and direct technical presentations and discussions with customers
- Liaise with R&D to provide technical support to internal & external customers, and the sales team
- Identifying suitable seminars, conferences, etc and attending to obtain information to further support Astreas products and sales team
Qualifications And Experience -Biochemistry Sales Jobs
- Degree in Biochemistry/Biotechnology or equivalent
- Experienced within the Biotechnology/Drug discovery industry
- Working knowledge of chromatography, protein purification, cell and gene therapy
- Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team across multiple sites
- Familiarity with Astrea product range, use of product range, use of products and troubleshooting for customers
