About the role:
You will be working on a dynamic project aimed at defining patient subgroups responsive to treatment by leveraging bioinformatics and machine learning techniques.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing methods and analyzing biomolecular modalities like genomics, transcriptomics, and more.
- Implementing patient representations to enhance understanding of biological diversity in cancer.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate bioinformatics and machine learning for biomarker and target discovery.
This position is based in our Paris office.
About you
Required qualifications/experience:
- Passion for contributing to advancements in personalized medicine and healthcare.
- BSc/MSc degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, machine learning, data science, or related field.
- Strong background in bioinformatics and expertise in analyzing biomolecular data.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and application to omics data.
- Advanced skills in programming languages such as Python/R.
- Good understanding of statistical methods and experimental design.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
This is a 6-month internship starting in May 2024.
