Job Title: Research Associate – Downstream Process Development
Roles: Full-time, permanent
Location: Harrow, London

Job Description:
We’re seeking a meticulous and analytical Research Associate to join our Downstream Process Development team. As part of this role, you will be involved in supporting the downstream process development of assigned biosimilar projects, conducting technology transfer activities, and enabling the scale-up of selected molecules for commercial manufacturing and process characterization. Your responsibilities will include chromatography purification, filtration, UF/DF operations, data analysis, and report preparation.
The Person
- Experience working in a similar role in biopharma/biotech/contract research labs
- Proficiency in chromatography techniques and primary recovery processes
- Good IT and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Degree/Masters/PhD in a biological science or technical scientific discipline
