Your Role:
As an Associate Production Scientist at MilliporeSigma, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manufacturing products utilizing natural extraction or synthetic methods.
- Collaborating closely with production scientists, operators, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure successful manufacturing operations.
- Troubleshooting and investigating process issues to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Writing and modifying procedures to align with quality guidelines and ensure process optimization.
- Identifying potential process improvements through proactive cross-functional interaction.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related Life Science field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with laboratory instruments, production equipment, and analytical techniques
- Experience in safe chemical handling methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
