Job Description Summary
Rare opportunity for an Applications Specialist to assist with the sales, support, and marketing of BD Biosciences Research Solutions. This role involves providing applications support, training, and customer support to new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for BD Biosciences Flow Cytometry Instrumentation and Research Reagents.
- Provide training courses and prepare training materials for customers and technical specialists.
- Identify leads for Flow Cytometry products in Clinical Laboratories and Research institutions.
- Support marketing efforts by providing education, training, and technical assistance to customers.
- Maintain a high level of technical expertise and keep up-to-date with market changes and relevant technologies.
Knowledge and Experience:
- BSc or equivalent in life sciences, PhD in Immunology preferred.
- Product knowledge of Flow Cytometry in Research and Clinical Diagnostic laboratories.
- At least 3-5 years of laboratory experience in operating Flow Cytometry instrumentation.
- Experience in Single Cell Multiomics is desirable.
