Description
Purpose:
The Principal Scientist, CAR-T Analytical Scientific Integrator, will provide analytical, technical, and strategic leadership to a matrixed team, representing Advanced Therapy (BioTD-AD) on the CMC team(s). This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality technical reports and regulatory documentation and providing strategic guidance to meet regional customer requirements globally.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing strategic and technical leadership in analytical development
- Leading cross-functional scientific teams for method development, process scale-up, and tech transfer
- Collaborating with internal and external partners for project success
- Accountability for project risk management and regulatory submissions
- Communicating project status and issues to senior management
Qualifications / Requirements:
Education: PhD in Biochemistry, Immunology, Virology, or related field with 3+ years of experience OR equivalent degrees with relevant experience.
Experience & Skills: Experience in analytical development, cell therapy, and viral vectors required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are preferred.
