- Perform DNA isolation for bacterial culture projects
- Prepare various buffers for experiments
- Culture bacterial cells and process culture supernatant/cell pellet
- Purify recombinant proteins using affinity tag purification methods
- Monitor protein processing stages using SDS-PAGE
- Assist in inventory management and product transfers
- Maintain batch records and compliance with quality standards
- Bachelor of Science in Life Science or related area
- 6+ months of experience in biotech product development
- Experience in E. coli culture and recombinant protein purification
- Experience in ISO/GMP manufacturing environments
