What You Will Be Doing:
- Performing technical and analytical tasks in a modern laboratory setting.
- Conducting cell culture experiments, data analysis, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.
- Ensuring adherence to laboratory safety protocols.
Protein Expression:
- Responsible for experiments involving mammalian cells like HEK293 and CHO.
- Operating bioreactors, centrifuges, and preparing buffers/reagents.
Protein Purification:
- Purification of mammalian recombinant antibody and protein using various chromatography methods.
- Formulating purification schemes and assessing protein quality via Western blotting techniques.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific discipline, such as life sciences, biological chemistry, etc
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Availability for 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week.
