Job Description
- Perform in-process analytical bioassay sample testing to support both early and late-stage protein, cell, and gene therapy programs.
- Support method and critical reagent qualifications.
- Be familiar with basic laboratory techniques, including aseptic expansion of mammalian cell culture and routine analytical procedures such as ELISAs, PCR, cell-based assays, and flow cytometry.
- Document analytical testing in the electronic laboratory notebook.
- Responsible for data integrity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Biochemistry, or other related degree concentration with 3 years of industry experience, OR Relevant Masters with 1 year of industry experience, OR PhD
- Experience with pipetting, flow cytometry, aseptic technique, cell culture, qPCR, ELISA / Immunoassay, strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Experience working in BSL2 labs, GMP procedures, and authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
Additional Information
Position is full-time, Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Malvern, PA are encouraged to apply. Flexibility to travel between Malvern and Spring House 10% of your time.
