Job Description
Objective:
The Lab Test Harmonization team at Cerba Research operates within the Science Department and is responsible for harmonization of lab tests in the Cerba Research global network of laboratories by standardizing procedures, monitoring transparency of lab tests, and managing a proficiency testing (PT) program.
Job Requirements
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Associate Scientist Lab Test Harmonization responsibilities:
- Manage the Proficiency Testing (PT) program.
- Classify and archive PT reports and associated documents.
- Act as the first line of response for aberrant PT results.
- Manage cross-laboratory transparency testing.
- Monitor BATCH testing for partner and subcontractor labs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional Bachelor or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of clinical laboratory testing.
- Analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in Dutch (EU) and English.
