Job Description: Seeking experienced candidates near major hub airports in the Southeast, Northeast, Central, and West regions.
Job Overview: Perform monitoring and site management work to ensure that sites are conducting the study(s) and reporting study data as required by the study protocol, applicable regulations, guidelines, and sponsor requirements. Position requires 65-70% nationwide travel.
Essential Functions:
- Perform site monitoring visits (selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out).
- Work with sites to adapt, drive, and track the subject recruitment plan.
- Administer protocol and related study training to assigned sites.
- Evaluate the quality and integrity of study site practices.
- Manage the progress of assigned studies.
- Ensure documentation regarding site management and monitoring visit findings.
- Collaborate with study team members.
Minimum Recruitment Standards:
- 2.5 years of clinical research coordination experience at the site level.
- Nursing or a University Degree in one of the life sciences.
- Knowledge of electronic data capture is preferred.
The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $64,000.00 – $189,000.00.
