Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Research Associate specializing in Mass Spectrometry to develop methods for mAb characterization using HRMS. This role includes method development, validation, troubleshooting, and resolving related issues.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with QTOF and other HRMS
- Knowledge in Proteomics and Biosimilars characterization using LC-MS/MS
- Experience in Sample prep for Mass Spec
- Method development and qualification for various mAbs
- Characterization of SSR/Signal peptide
- Compliance with ICH guidelines
- Implementation of SHE and QMS at the workplace
- Preparation of study protocols, reports, and regulatory documents
- Maintenance of laboratory as per cGLP
- Strong writing, presentation, and documentation skills
Qualifications
- Educational qualification: MSc/M.Tech/M.Pharma/PhD in life science
- Minimum work experience: 2-5 years in handling analytical instruments like HRMS, Synapt, Xevo QTOF
