Reporting Structure
Reporting to the Application Manager Savory Taste, TTH for Thailand, the Lab Assistant will support various project briefs across segments of the Savory category.
Your key responsibilities
- Work in the Taste, Texture and Heath Taste SF Application lab in Thailand with a cross-functional team
- Support benchtop application work related to savory products
- Manage stock of lab supplies & raw materials, storage of samples, and maintain laboratory cleanliness
- Conduct product & flavor evaluations
- Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment according to safety and hygiene standards
You bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related fields
- 2-3 years of experience in Food/Flavor Product Development
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, time management, and initiative-taking abilities
- Technical education in food formulation or flavors
- Fluency in Thai and English
