Internship Assignment
Join us for an exciting cross-departmental project with Biotechnology Solutions (BTS) focusing on developing an innovative recombinant antibody workflow to revolutionize monoclonal antibody generation. Your role involves developing procedures for isolating antigen-specific bovine B cell clones using cutting-edge flow cytometry and analytical methodologies.
Your Responsibilities
- Primary cell isolation and flow cytometry technologies
- ELISA and Octet analyses
- Cell culture and protein expression/purification
- Providing fresh perspectives and contributing your opinions
Requirements
- Fourth-year Bachelor or Master student in Applied Sciences or Immunology/Biochemistry
- Proficiency in cell biology and immunology techniques
- Passionate about vaccine development and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in Dutch or English
- Available for a 6-9 month internship, 5 days a week
