Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop cell-based functional assays using cell lines and mammalian tissue primary cells
- Conduct functional assays, including immune cell activation, differentiation, and immune profiling, that further project goals
- Perform advanced molecular biology and cellular biology techniques (FACS, ELISA, MSD, HTRF)
- Isolate immune cells from relevant human and mouse tissues
- Implement and innovate new experimental protocols/techniques as needed
- Work independently on the design, execution, and interpretation of experimental results
- Analyze, interpret, document, and report data concisely and rigorously
- Demonstrate scientific excellence through dedication to multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment
Qualifications:
Scientist I Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education with typically 5 years of experience, or Master’s Degree or equivalent education with typically two years of experience
- Experience in in vitro cell culture and development of cell-based assays is required
- Experience in immunoassays using techniques like flow cytometry, ELISA, MSD, HTRF, and microscopy is required
- The ability to learn new skills and apply them in a fast-paced research environment is a must
Scientist II Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education with typically 7 years of experience, or Master’s Degree or equivalent education with typically 5 years of experience
- Experience in in vitro cell culture and development of cell-based assays is required
- Experience in immunoassays using techniques like flow cytometry, ELISA, MSD, HTRF, and microscopy is required
- The ability to learn new skills and apply them in a fast-paced research environment is a must

- Travel: Yes, 5% of the Time
- Salary: $71,000 – $134,500
