Job Description:
As a Research Scientist at Schreiber Foods, you will play a crucial role in developing new products, enhancing manufacturing processes, and ensuring quality standards are met. This position will involve working closely with production and pilot plant locations, conducting experiments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new products and improve existing ones
- Identify cost-effective ingredients and production methods
- Support contract manufacturing customers on various projects
- Conduct scale-up trials and commercialize prototypes
- Collaborate with R&D, operations, marketing, and engineering teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in food/dairy science or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in research or product development
- Strong analytical skills and dairy product knowledge
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
