The Opportunity
As a Lab Scientist, you are responsible for performing high-complexity laboratory testing on clinical specimens, interpreting and reporting results, and complying with study protocols, IRBs, Manuals of Operations, Test Instructions, and related Code of Federal Regulations and ICH guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support panel build and sample processing projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in finalizing panel specifications.
- Participate in scientific studies supporting clinical trials.
- Ensure proper documentation and Good Documentation Practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological/Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
- 2 years of basic laboratory experience required; 3-4 years preferred in relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrated laboratory skills and proficiency in spreadsheet and office programs.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Benefits
The expected salary range for this position based in Pleasanton, CA is 62,800.00 – 116,600.00 USD Annually. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
