Unilever is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an R&D Ice Cream Assistant Manager in Cikarang Barat, West Java, Indonesia. Our goal is to strengthen the technical capabilities of our Ice Cream products and build a talented team to consistently deliver on time and in-full to our customers.
Job Scope:
- To land innovation on time in full, develop a product idea bank, and conduct competitor product analysis on a monthly basis.
- To create growth through holistic smart product savings, including developing ideas for raw and pack material savings and waste rework management.
- To promote health and sustainability by implementing low carbon footprint strategies, reducing dairy usage, and ensuring HNS compliance.
- To represent the team in DEPSQ, ONM meetings, and SEA regular R&D projects in Indonesia.
- To be based in Bekasi Cikarang and able to travel to Head Office Tangerang BSD when necessary.
Required Degree: Food Science R&D Jobs
- Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG or local food or beverage companies.
- Graduated with a major in Food Science, Packaging Science, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or Bioscience Engineering, either locally or overseas.
Required Skills: Food Science R&D Jobs
- No allergy to cold situations as the person will work in Ice Cream or might work in a harsh environment in a cold store (below 0 degrees Celsius).
- Soft Skills: Integrity, Humble, Diligent, Consistent output, Agile, Creative, Smart, and an understanding of food science and technology related to both raw material and packaging material.
- Able to work under pressure in a tight time schedule with tight communication and well-organized planning.
- Hard Skills: Understanding and daily basis experience in project management, manufacturing operation, R&D laboratory analysis, and brand equity and management.
