We are seeking an intern currently enrolled in a PhD program in bioengineering, computational biology, or immunology with a demonstrated experience in analyzing single-cell transcriptomics datasets to pursue research in the Oncology
Bioinformatics department at Genentech.
The intern will apply state-of-the-art methods to integrate high throughput datasets of various modalities to gain insights into the stromal cell landscape of the tumor microenvironment. Technical proficiency in R and/or python will be required.
Preferred Majors/Disciplines: bioengineering, computational biology, or immunology
Education Level: currently enrolled in a PhD program
