About the Job:
At GenScript, you will be responsible for performing technical and analytical tasks in a state-of-the-art laboratory. This includes cell culture experiments, data analysis, maintenance of laboratory equipment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges while adhering to strict safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
As a Biotechnologist (Gene) at GenScript, your responsibilities will include:
- Protein Expression:
- Responsible for mammalian cell experiments such as HEK293 and CHO
- Operating bioreactors, centrifuges, and preparing buffers
- Protein Purification:
- Purification of mammalian recombinant antibody and protein using various chromatography methods
- Verifying records related to purification experiments
- Assessing protein quality using Western blotting and SDS-PAGE techniques
What We Are Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific discipline
- Experience with laboratory equipment and instrumentation
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to accurate work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week
